Irene E. LaBruna

Palm Bay, Florida

Irene E. LaBruna, age 85, died Saturday, March 6, 2010 at William Childs Hospice House, Palm Bay, Florida.

Born in Passaic, New Jersey to the late Albert George Szewczyk and Frances Biss Szewcyk, she is survived by her niece, Cheryl Szewczyk; nephew, Eugene Szewczyk; nephew, Edward Szewczyk; niece, Deborah Tuttle and her husband, Alan; grand nephews, Christopher, Michael and Mathew Tuttle; and grand nieces, Laura and Nichole and Sasha Szewczyk; and her sister in law, Anna Szewczyk.

She was preceded in death by her brothers, Edward Szewczyk and Eugene Szewczyk; sister in law, Mae Miller Szewczyk; and her nephew, Michale.

Irene worked with the City of Palm Bay FL in the 1970's and 80's. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Palm Bay FL.

Irene enjoyed caring for her family, always remembering birthdays, anniversaries and other special dates. She was creative with her hands, knitting and crocheting.

Funeral Information

Services will be Tuesday, March 16, 2010 at 10:30 am at St. Josephs Catholic Church, Miller Street, Palm Bay, Florida.
