Walter E. Skinner, 86, passed away Saturday, June 26, 2010 at the West Melbourne Health Care Center. Mr. Skinner was a retired Lieutenant Commander in the Navy and was also a school teacher. His wife of 60 years, Bertha, passed away in October, 2009. His family includes his daughters Mary Ann Willard of Columbus, OH, Patty Payne of Pittsburgh, PA and Teresa Terry of Winter Park, FL.
