Rafael “Chico” Ramirez-Carrion, Jr., 58, of Cocoa, Florida, is with our Lord on January 23rd, 2010.

He was born January 14th, 1952 in Manhattan, New York. He is a decorated Vietnam veteran having served in the US Army. His passion was cooking for family and friends. He loved riding his motorcycle, traveling, and helping others.

Born to Petra and the late, Rafael Ramirez, Sr, he is survived and missed by his beloved wife, Yazmin of 35 years; 3 children, Rafael Ramirez III & Amanda, Jessica & Tyree Hook, and SGT William Rafael Ramirez and his fiancé 2nd LT Mariecell.

Grandfather to Vanessa, Arianna, Tyra, Alandria, Jasmine, Alexandra, Alexia, Rafael IV.

Rafael is also survived by his brother, David & his wife Aida of Puerto Rico; sisters, Lolita Rosario, Luz & Faruk Amin; 7 nieces and nephews; 11 great-nieces and nephews; and many dear friends.

Funeral Information

Memorial Services were at South Brevard Funeral Home, on Friday at 1pm on January 29th, 2010 at 1001 South Hickory Street, Melbourne FL, 321-724-2222.
