Wilfred W. Stone

July 17, 1917 - February 16, 2010

Palm Bay

Wilfred W. Stone, 92, passed away on February 16, 2010 at his home in Palm Bay.

Wilfred was born July 17, 1917 in Francestown, NH to the late William Stone and Grace Ellsworth Stone.

He served in the US Army during WW II. He fought in the Normandy Invasion and in Northern France and Central European Battles.

He worked as a plumber for Johns Manville Corporation in Nashua, NH for 30 years. He made his home in Hudson, NH for 30 years and moved to Florida upon his retirement.

His wife of 63 years, Barbara Butler Stone, passed away in November of last year.

Wilfred's family includes his daughters and sons in law Kathleen and Paul Frenette of Palm Bay and Judith and Gerald Breeyear of Salome, AZ; his sister, Winona Girouard of Troy, NH and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral Information

Graveside services for Wilfred and his wife Barbara will be held at the Hills Farms Cemetery in Hudson, NH will be held on Monday, May 2, 2010 at 11:00 am.
