Elizabeth F. "Betty" Loring
October 15, 1922 - January 23, 2010
Rockledge, Florida Elizabeth “Betty” Loring, 87, passed away on Saturday, January 23, 2010 at her home in Rockledge, Florida. Betty was born in Cumberland, Maine, and moved, with her husband, George and their two children, to Rockledge in 1957.
She joined Rockledge Presbyterian Church, shortly after moving to Florida, and remained an active member for over 50 years.
Betty was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother and will be dearly missed. Her family includes her husband George, of 63 years; daughters, Nancy Sheppard of Weaverville, North Carolina, and Susan Hanna of Merritt Island; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Funeral Information
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 30th at Rockledge Presbyterian Church, 921 Rockledge Drive, Rockledge, with a light lunch reception immediately after.
